Who are NAK?
NAK is an independent IT and Communications technology company. Our focus is on delivering value-add services that allow our clients to optimise their investment in technology and people. We achieve this by taking the time to understand our clients’ unique challenges and objectives before designing and delivering the right, sustainable solution.
We appreciate that an organisation’s needs change over time. That’s why we concentrate on delivering solutions that are flexible and scalable; offering maximum long-term value. If you’d like to know more about us, why not get in touch?
Jonathan Green, Managing Director
Prior to founding NAK in 2009, Jonathan worked for Corporate Communications and Azzuri in sales and account management.
“The key to healthy long-term client relationships is flexibility; both in terms of the solutions you offer and in the way you engage with clients. Treat your customers how they want to be treated, tailoring your service delivery to suit their specific requirements.”
Jonathan maintains an old-school approach, with the emphasis on honest and ethical business. As far as he is concerned, the customer is king. He has a law degree and is married to Anna.
Marcus Cuthbert, Sales & Marketing Director
Marcus has been working in the communications industry for over 25 years. He worked all over the world, for companies as diverse as BT, Nortel, Corporate Communications and Damovo UK, before joining NAK in early 2013. Prior to his technology career, Marcus spent 6 years serving in the Royal Navy.
“When it comes to business, I believe in old fashion values; which starts with putting the client first. I appreciate everyone says it, but sadly few actually do it. My time at NAK is spent ensuring that we put the client experience at the heart of everything we do.”
Marcus is married to Allison and has three great children; Josh, who is in the boy band Union J and twin girls, Sophie & Lucy. His other love is Chelsea Football club, where he has been a season ticket holder for many years. He claims he is a third generation fan, so has enjoyed more bad days than good at the Bridge.
Jason Whitaker, Head Of Technical Services
Jason is an experienced and highly motivated technical manager with 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. He prides himself in being an effective communicator with the ability to influence, inspire and develop colleagues. Jason has a proven track record of managing large diverse technical teams that have delivered enterprise scale projects, on time, to scope and within budget.
“We must never settle for “good enough,” because good is the enemy of great.” ― Tony Hsieh
Jason and his wife Debbie live just outside Burton upon Trent (Town of the Bass brewery). Alongside technology his other passion is F1 and track side motorsports.
