We are very proud of the team we have developed at NAK. Across our people we have created technical expertise in every aspect of secure networking and hybrid-cloud which is backed-up with many years of cross-industry experience.
More importantly, every member of our team shares our ethos of putting the client first. Individually we all bring unique value to our company; collectively we make a formidable team focused on delivering for our clients and making a real difference.
Jonathan Green, Managing Director
Having spent over 20 years in the business communication and IT industry, Jonathan founded NAK with a wealth of experience and a clear vision of the Managed Services company he wanted to build. Having previously worked at Corporate Communications and Azzurri, Jonathan knew the challenges faced by business and IT leaders and set out to address these.
At NAK he has looked to create a company that truly places the client first, investing the time to understand their business, their challenges and what they are trying to achieve. He is proud of the team he has created at NAK and their ability to make a difference through technology and services that deliver on the desired outcomes for clients.
Married to Anna with three young children that keep him humble, outside of work there is nothing better than spending time with his family as well as travelling and exploring new places, cultures and cuisines.
Marcus Cuthbert, Sales Director
After spending six years in the Royal Navy, Marcus went on to build a career in the IT industry where over the past thirty years he has worked at BT, Nortel Networks, Corporate Communications (Worldstone) and Damovo before joining NAK in 2013. These roles have taken him all over the world including living in Singapore for four years when he was a sales leader of the Asia/Pacific Region for Nortel.
Marcus is passionate about putting the client first, a value that is often lacking in the IT industry. Being part of NAK has enabled him to do this, building longstanding partnerships with clients and being part of an organisation that puts the client experience at the heart of everything they do.
Married to Allison, Marcus has three children: Josh, and twins Sophie and Lucy. His other love is Chelsea Football Club where he has held a season ticket for many years and experienced the ups and the downs. He is a Samaritans Volunteer Listener and a Prince’s Trust Business Mentor.

Annie joined the NAK Team in 2014 and has worked as part of the leadership team to help the Company’s development and evolution.
In her own time, Annie enjoys long walks with her dogs in the Chiltern Hills and the company of her family and friends with a glass of wine (or two), by the log fire at the local village pub.
