Jonathan Green, CEO
Jonathan founded NAK, after a successful career spanning Telecoms and IT services. His motivation and vision is to build an IT Managed Services company with the guiding principle of putting the client first. By staying true to that vision and committing to long-term relationships, Jonathan has earned trust and a reputation for dependability with a range of mid-market organisations.
As a leader, Jonathan prioritises integrity. He is committed to developing high-performing teams that put excellence, reliability and confidence at the centre of everything NAK delivers.
Taking time to understand your business, Jonathan engages and deploys consultants and engineers who combine technical authority with a client-focused approach.
Married to Anna with three children who keep him humble, Jonathan enjoys time with his family, as well as travelling, and the latest gadget.
George Holmes, Solutions Director
Having joined NAK in 2023, George has a strong pedigree in technology solution delivery. He has experience across multiple industries, including banking, retail, rail, travel and healthcare, and specialises in designing and delivering high-quality solutions against often aggressive timelines.
With a background in solutions architecture, George enjoys working with NAK clients to identify the technology change required to unlock business benefits before leading the project delivery that makes a real and lasting difference.
As Solutions Director at NAK, George’s portfolio covers consultancy and technology solutions across NAK’s delivery towers: Azure Public Cloud, Infrastructure and Connectivity, Digital Workplace, and Managed Security.
The solution delivery teams under George’s leadership work collaboratively with NAK clients, using a variety of commercial models to best align and balance budgetary, scope and timeline requirements.
George has three children and has been married to Karen since 2010. Based in the West Midlands, he is an avid supporter of both Aston Villa Football and Warwickshire County Cricket clubs.
Brett Mickelburgh, Operations Director
Brett Mickelburgh is a seasoned technology operations leader with 30 years’ experience spanning infrastructure, cloud, service delivery, and IT governance.
He has a proven track record of transforming complex IT operations – from leading large infrastructure teams to delivering Azure migrations and ISO 20001/27001 programmes at scale. Holding ISACA CGEIT, TOGAF, ITIL, and PRINCE2 credentials, Brett brings deep best-practice knowledge across the MSP discipline.
As Operations Director at NAK Consulting he combines hands-on technical credibility with the commercial acumen and leadership maturity to deliver sustainable IT provision for our managed services customers.
Paul Valler, Board Advisor
Paul is a former Finance and Operations Director of Hewlett-Packard Ltd., and founding Director of Hewlett-Packard International Bank in Dublin. He doubled as HR Director during the millennium spin-off of Agilent Technologies from Hewlett-Packard and was a key player in the appointment and leadership development of senior managers.
Now an executive coach/mentor, Paul advises several business leaders. He also has over 25 years’ experience as a charity trustee.
Paul is married to Helen with two sons, Matt and Dave, and six grandchildren. Paul enjoys regularly losing at snooker to his younger son and is trying not to become addicted to online chess.
